Banchory Festival of Music Competition Win

The Society regularly participates in the Banchory Festival of Scottish Music and is pleased to announce their entry won the orchestra competition on 10 May 2008.

In addition to the orchestra competition, members of the Society were also competing in the individual categories of the festival.

The Society would like to congratulate our pianist Neil Angus MacNeil who, for the second year in a row, won the Accordion Senior entry and also received the highest marks in the festival.
