Aberdeen's Tartan Day 2008 - Damp but not Down

Scottish Country Dancers in Union Terrace Gardens on Tartan Day Aug 2008Aberdeen Strathspey & Reel Society were pleased to participate once again as part of the City's Tartan Day Celebrations on Saturday 2nd August 2008.

Many thanks to all those that braved the pouring raing and stayed to listen to us whilst we were playing in St Nicholas Kirkyard, Union Street, Aberdeen between 12.30pm and 1.15pm.

Fortunately the weather improved considerably for our second performance on the main stage in Union Terrace Gardens between 2.40pm and 3.00pm.
